I, the undersigned, hereby grant Kai Cole (“Producer”) and any assignees, licensees, or affiliates the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my recorded interview, image, voice, and likeness as captured in audio, video, photo, and written formats (“Content”) for current and future media purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital video and audio productions

Social media content and promotional materials

Editorial or journalistic publications

Educational, documentary, or inspirational content

Press and media submissions

Any other platforms or uses now known or later developed

I understand that the Producer retains all ownership rights to the footage and content created, and that I will not receive any royalty or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I acknowledge the content may be published online, in print, or via third-party platforms, and that there is no guaranteed release timeline. I waive the right to approve the final product or any edits.

I consent to the use of my name, professional title, likeness, and shared information for attribution and promotion unless otherwise noted. If I request anonymity, I understand my pseudonym will be honored where possible.

I will receive a copy of the raw and/or edited footage for personal or promotional use. If used publicly, I agree to give credit to Kai Cole and tag or link the original project when possible.
